My Community Connections Program via Streaming Video My Community Connections, an electronic field trip from Living History Farms, was originally broadcast on Iowa Public Television (IPTV) on September 26 and 27, 2000. View a compilation of the four live field trips via streaming video brought to you by Apple Learning Interchange's QuickTime TV! My Community Connections Program Videotape A compilation videotape of the four live fieldtrips will be available from the media centers at each of Iowa's fifteen Area Education Agencies beginning in May of 2001. Contact your AEA for more details about checkout or reproduction of this program. Sharing Your Community Projects Iowa classes are encouraged to share their community reports with other classes by email, Internet and/or videoconferencing. Not sure how to do this? Posting Your Community Projects to the My Community Connections Web site Class projects will be showcased on the My Community Connections Web site. Schools able to produce their own Web pages can provide IPTV with their Web site's URL. IPTV will gladly assist schools needing help to reformat their project reports for the Web.
